This Halloween marks the 75th anniversary of Orson Welles’ famous, hysteria-inducing recreation of H.G. Wells’ “War of the Worlds.’ To celebrate the occasion, the Regent Theatre in Arlington is recreating the broadcast as a live theatre event. Filmmaker Garen Daley explains.
