27-year-old George Augstell is living out his dream.
Augstell will own and operate Uncle Bill’s Coffee Shop in Niagara Falls. It’s named after his late uncle, who served as a Niagara Falls Police Officer.
Augstell describes him as, “the greatest uncle, and the greatest police officer of Niagara Falls.”
The soon-to-be coffee shop owner has been working with Cary Newman, an employment specialist, and meeting with vendors.
Uncle Bill’s will be part of a new health center for those with special needs, and Augstell plans to employ others with developmental disabilities.
He has plans to open more coffee shops after the launch of Uncle Bill’s.
