Professional fighter Ronda Rousey is everywhere these days. She’ll be taking over the silver screen this weekend in the newest Fast and the Furious film, Furious 7, she joined Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, and Mark Wahlberg in the Entourage movie trailer, and she’s the most dominant UFC fighter ever, most recently subduing her opponent in just 14 seconds.
Now that Rousey has proved her worth as an athlete and in the theater (if you can call Entourage and Furious 7 theater), she took her talents to the WWE, the perfect marriage of athletics and theatrics.
Rousey teamed up with her Furious 7 costar, wrestler turned actor Dwayne Johnson (A.K.A. the Rock), who brought the laughs this weekend with a Furious 7 parody on Saturday Night Live. Together, they faced off against WWE company heels Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.
Despite Triple H’s years of experience in the ring, Rousey tossed him like a rag doll.
Rousey’s career trajectory suggests she won’t spend too much time risking injury in the WWE, but with moves like that, she’ll be welcomed with open arms whenever she feels like stopping by.
