Adam Wimes took over as Executive Chef at the Lenox Hotel a little over a month ago. He’s now at the helm of all three dining options at the Lenox: City Table, City Bar, and Sólás. He was born and raised in Boston and he’s only 26 years old. What a story, right? Adam joined me in studio this morning to tell his story and share a dish.
