Will Ferrell’s “Anchorman” character Ron Burgundy continues to transition from fictional character to actual media celebrity. Or so it would seem. After endorsing embattled Toronto mayor Rob Ford in song and with an upcoming lecture at Emerson’s school of communication on Thursday, the mustachioed Burgundy sat in a real anchor chair in Bismarck, N.D., to deliver, well, real news.
