Stylistically, the bulk of this debut blends college rock from 10 years ago and the figurative wares of a hopeful yet downtrodden lounge act carrying out an indefinitely ongoing residency at the world’s crummiest lounge. Ever wish Death Cab was just a little more depressing? Of course you have. We all wish that. Particularly with “Looter’s Tunnel” and “Troubles on Your Mind,” Konrads and the forever gang grant that wish and earn themselves  a solid “B.”
