Alt-rock group Guster has been riding high the last two weeks. Boston Mayor Marty Walsh declared today (January 15) to be Guster Day, the group performed an exclusive Live in the Lab set with RadioBDC, and today, Boston’s most famous street musician Keytar Bear joined the group for an outdoor show in Harvard Square. It all began when Guster reached out to Keytar Bear through his Facebook page:
Lucky for Guster, the megastar accepted. And today they braved the chilly weather and brought some warmth to the passerby in Harvard Square.
It’s a relief to see Keytar Bear back from the subways of Brooklyn back where he belongs. Oh yeah, and Guster is pretty cool too, I guess.
