Looking to wake up with a burst of energy instead of feeling like getting out of bed is a physical impossibility?

How about heading to a sunrise yoga practice/dance party spectacular in the heart of Boston tomorrow?

Dance parties are usually nighttime activities held in dark, enclosed spaces, but Daybreaker is looking to break the mold. After successfully bringing their early morning movement to 20 cities worldwide, Daybreaker Boston held their first event in Cambridge on October 29. Now, they’re holding a yoga, coffee, and dance party at WeWork South Station Wednesday morning starting at 6 a.m., featuring yoga instruction from popular local instructor Izzy Van Hall and tunes from Boston’s own DJ D-Lux.

“Boston’s culture has revolved around the same events and nightlife for so long, and we’re really excited to be bringing something new and refreshing to the city that revolves around being good to yourself, your body and exploring new passions,” said Daybreaker Boston producer Hannah Gerry.

“The vibe is seriously something special.”

Tickets are available at the Daybreaker Boston website, and include coffee, juice, breakfast treats, live performances, and “a dance floor full of incredible humans,” according to the event description. You can buy tickets to both the yoga and the dance party, or to each portion individually.

As is appropriate for an event called “Daybreaker,” the early bird tickets are already sold out, so grab your tickets before regular admission disappears, as well.
