Former Sonic Youth guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter Lee Ranaldo headlined Brighton Music Hall on Jan. 11 in support of his 2012 double LP “Last Night on Earth.” Guitarist Alan Licht, bassist Tim Luntzel, and Sonic Youth drummer Steve Shelley made up backing band The Dust. Singer/songwriter Steve Gunn opened the show.
