It’s becoming a little darker in sunny California as True Detective returns to HBO for its second season. Despite a series of leaked photos, fans have patiently awaited for the arrival of the next installment’s first official look.
Season two welcomes a whole new cast with a completely new storyline starring Rachel McAdams, Colin Farrell and Vince Vaughn.
McAdams portrays Ani Bezzerides — a sheriff with a troubled past.
Farrell is Ray Velcoro, a compromised detective under the control of a mobster.
And Vaughn plays Frank Semyon who is in danger of losing everything he’s ever worked for.
Season two will return to television screens everywhere on June 21.
