This holiday season, $40,000 could buy that special someone a car, buy your child a year of Ivy League education, or make some charity really happy. Or you could just buy a fancy Samsung TV.
Amazon has this “Samsung UN85S9 Framed 85-Inch 4K Ultra HD 120Hz 3D Smart LED TV” listed for the bargain price of $39,997.99. I’m not even going to go into detail as to what makes this TV thousands of dollars more than normal televisions, in part because because it’s a bunch of technological jargon, but mostly because the only thing that could make a television really worth $40,000 is if $39,000 were attached to it.
Surprisingly, this product has gotten a pretty positive response. Read a couple customer reviews though, and you’ll find that they might be slightly tongue-in-cheek:
