This silly ferret seems convinced it can escape the confines of its countertop prison and leap to the greener pastures of the ironing board. Unfortunately, it cannot. Fortunately (for us), its attempt is hilarious.
Since there appears to be a serious lack of scientific literature on the leaping ability of the domesticated ferret, let this be the first piece of evidence entered toward the hypothesis that my Grandmother, who recently broke her hip, can jump farther than most ferrets.
I guess not every animal is as graceful as a cat…
or as nimble as a dog…
OK, I guess animals just can’t jump in general, but I’m cool with that as long as pet owners continue documenting every cute attempt.
