These LeGarrette Blount puns on Twitter are getting out of control

If anything brings out the creativity in people, it’s live tweeting, right? Sometimes the clever folk of the Twittersphere capture a gem so precious that, well, they end up beating that gem into a trite and cringe-worthy dust. This is definitely what seems to be happening with the Patriots’ enormous breakout star running back LeGarrette Blount. C’mon people, seriously with the blunt puns? Where were you when Christopher Joint was lighting up the NBA, or when Jonathan Marijuana Cigarette was rolling up the MLB? OK, those aren’t real players, but you have a few more days to think up something a little less easy for Mr. Blount. We’ll expect some new humor come game day, he deserves it.
