There’s a lot of craziness happening this week. For concerts alone, check out some of the best acts in metal, hip-hop, and electronic, all in Boston in the next three days. For non-music events, perhaps you’d like to try Samuel Adams’ newest beer, or if you’re feeling really frisky, follow your naughty side to Somerville Theatre and check out “The Slutcracker.”
