Highlighting tracks from some of our favorite artists who are coming to town or releasing new albums in May.
Beach Slang “Bad Art & Weirdo Ideas” – Sure, their album came out last year. But the band is coming back to Boston this month and playing an AT&T Session. So we’ll start here.
Nada Surf “Cold To See Clear” – The first single from their fantastic new album ‘You Know Who You Are’ is uplifting, and the video is one of the most unique we’ve seen in awhile.
White Lung “Hungry” – Another great song with another unique video. Good luck figuring this one out. ‘Paradise’ is out May 6.
Mass Gothic “Every Night You’ve Got To Save Me” – Can’t wait to hear this one live at Bill’s Bar on Thursday, May 19. You can, too! Click here to see Mass Gothic for free.
Take those four and add in Boston Calling performers Miike Snow and a Rivers Cuomo-penned song by The Monkees (!!!) among others, and you’ve got quite the soundtrack for the merry, merry month of May.
