Besides gaining notoriety for his wittily painted signs, Pat Falco, and fellow Boston artist Elliott Anderson, founded the Lincoln Arts Project (LAP) on Waltham’s Moody Street in 2011, which has become a vehicle to promote emerging artists from the Boston Area.
