Kevin Khem does it all. He’s the Outlets Director at the Royal Sonesta Boston. He’s also in charge of ArtBar’s beverage program. Oh, and he runs the all of the Royal Sonesta’s restaurants and their coffee shop, Studio Coffee & Pastry, in the lobby.
