Fuck yeah on the EP name and fuck yeah on ripping off David Sedaris for the album cover (that dude is crazy overrated), but holy shiiiiiiiiiit “Skullthuggery” just isn’t cool. Novelty rap is really easy to do poorly. Especially when your gothic version of the Lonely Island sounds like a pair of accountants who got a hold of ProTools one night after work. To be fair, Dank Sinatra is a dope rap name, but just because you’re a Rhodes Scholar doesn’t mean you have to rap like one. Good looks on that Velveeta scholarship, though. Those motherfuckers are up to no good.
