Damn right I’ll review anything, even this bizarre culinary concoction. Combining the ingredients from everybody’s favorite campfire snack with good old-fashioned ground beef, I went in thinking the S’moresburger was going to be really weird, but, somehow, I went out thinking it could’ve been weirder. The saltiness of the meat actually contrasted nicely with the chocolate, but the textures were strange. In the end, though, it wasn’t really good or bad. It was kind of just there, which feels odd to say when discussing a S’MORESBURGER. The most enjoyable part was the actual process. I felt connected to my inner childhood food scientist.
