Today, I welcomed Howard Haywood of Olde Magoun’s Saloon on Medford Street in Somerville to the studio. Howard is a Newton, MA native that has honed his culinary skills around the world. Old Magoun’s boasts 28 taps of local and imported craft beer, each one served in its own distinctive glass. We talked beer, of course, and Spanish tapas, which will be featured on the menu throughout the month of August.
