Here’s a thing we’ll be doing from time to time: taking well-known albums and mixing them up.
Nirvana’s ‘Nevermind’ turned 25 on Saturday. On Friday night, I put the album on for the first time in a long time, and I enjoyed a beer. Two beers later, the album had played through and I was convinced the listening experience could be improved upon with a bit of shuffling. Not that the original track listing is flawed–I mean, “Smells Like Teen Spirit” into “In Bloom” is a helluva way to start an album. I just got into the mindset that this, one of the Most Important Albums of All Time That We All Know and Love, could use a bit of freshening-up.
I played the RadioBDC Resequenced version of ‘Nevermind’ to start the Free-For-All today.

If you missed it, I’ve recreated it with the following Spotify playlist. Give it a listen and let me know what you think. And if you have an album that you’d like to hear resequenced, feel free to e-mail me.
