The timing was perfect. Just as temperatures are rising in Boston, Jacqueline Dole from The Parlor Ice Cream Co. paid us a visit. Parlor is a one-woman show: Jacqueline produces the ice cream, delivers it, scoops it, and does all marketing for The Parlor. We chatted and sampled her whiskey vanilla and rocky road.
