Moona opened in Inman Square just a week ago, and is described as “Eastern Mediterranean & Arabic bites in an intimate, mosaic-tiled space selling house spices & jams.” This morning, owner Mohamad El Zein was in studio to share some of Moona’s fare and to talk about the Moroccan, Turkish, Lebanese, Greek and other Eastern Mediterranean and Arab cuisines that influence the menu there.
