Beer and fine dining – the two just don’t seem to tango. That hasn’t been the case in Boston until chef and co-owner Brian Poe came along to create a culinary craze at The Tip Tap Room. If craft beer and classy new American cuisine were adopted, Brian would be the proud Daddy. We got the chance to sit down with the man behind the menu to hear his side of the story, and of course knock back a couple of cold ones.
