Assembly Row is on the fast track to becoming one of the coolest new spots just a T-ride from downtown. One restaurant in particular lending to its new found street cred is Earl’s Kitchen + Bar.
For those who don’t know Earl – don’t feel bad; I had no idea it was even a chain. Their superb attention to detail starts in the kitchen, making just about everything you see on the menu in-house. And no, they don’t have a cattle farm right along the river, but they do source local and make a damn fine burger as a result. Apart from the food, the booze alone is worth the trip. We sat down with the chain’s Bar Director Cameron Bogue for a quick look into the bar, the booze, and maybe a cocktail…or five.
