Nirvana’s “Sappy” was first released as a hidden track (titled “Verse Chorus Verse”) on the 1993 compilation ‘No Alternative,‘ then later included on the Nirvana box set ‘With The Lights Out.’ The song was originally titled “Sad” and was recorded at home by Kurt Cobain in the late 80s. Personally, “Sappy” is a favorite Nirvana track of mine, so I’m enjoying listening to this newly discovered version.
