Frank Ocean went on hiatus following the release of his album Channel Orange in 2012 and since then, fans have been itching for his next big thing. Now, it appears that the wait is almost over.
The singer uploaded a photo on his website and Tumblr yesterday, including the caption “I got two versions. I got twoooo versions. #ISSUE 1 #ALBUM3 #JULY2015 #BOYSDONTCRY”

His post generated talk and speculation as to what it could all mean. But before hypotheses had time to spread, a representative for Ocean confirmed to Billboard that people can expect both a new album titled Boys Don’t Cry and the debut of Ocean’s own publication (with two covers, as seen in the tweet above), in July.
Many might recall that Ocean released his previous album, Channel Orange, suddenly one week before its proposed date. So while this news is enough to get hopes us, expect the unexpected from Ocean going forward.
