It’s not everyday we have an award-winning Italian chef in studio.

Chef Marisa Iocco came to Boston from the Abruzzo region of Italy in 1989. On Monday night, she was honored with The Distinguished Culinarian Award for Italian Heritage Month. And in just a few weeks, she’ll open Spiga in Needham Heights.
