For their first dance as man and wife, most couples hold each other and slow dance for three minutes before encouraging other couples to join them on the dance floor. Some might take dance lessons so that they can throw a turn here, a dip there, into the mix.

Holly and Dave Smith are not every other couple.

The newlyweds started off their first dance with some slow swaying to Justin Timberlake’s “Mirrors”—more “Top 40s” than most weddings, but fairly typical.

But then, as they pushed each other away, then high-fived, the music changed…

…and as Sir Mix-a-Lot’s “Baby Got Back” swelled on the speakers, the entire vibe changed, too.

Soon, the wedding party joined in for songs including Destiny’s Child’s “Bootylicious” and Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)” (we’re sensing some Queen Bey love).

And then, as couples generally do after a first dance, the Smiths invited their guests to stand up and join them.

We have no doubt that the dance floor got sweaty at this wedding.
